TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
ATHCO SEASON (2026) – UNITED KINGDOM & REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. ATHCO, whose registered office is at 59 Dukes Wood Avenue, Gerrard's Cross, Bucks, SL9 7JY (“ATHCO,” “we,” or “us”), organizes the event “ATHCO” (“ATHCO”). ATHCO consists of fitness events staged indoors and outdoors across various cities, offering participants a unique hybrid racing experiences.
1.2. ATHCO events are organized and staged in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, codes, and rules, including those related to the environment, health, and safety (“Applicable Laws”).
2. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
2.1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) outline the legal terms between ATHCO and you regarding your registration and participation in any ATHCO event (each an “Event”) held in the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland (the “Territory”).
2.2. By registering for an Event, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us, subject to these T&Cs.
2.3. We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs, including changes to the event format, date, or structure, at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
3. EVENT REGISTRATION
3.1. To register for an Event, you must complete the following steps via our website:
• Accurately fill out the Event booking form.
• Agree to the storage and processing of your data under applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
• Confirm your acknowledgment and acceptance of these T&Cs.
• Complete payment using our Payments Partners.
3.2. Your registration is a binding, irrevocable offer to participate in the selected Event under these T&Cs.
3.3. Once we confirm your registration via email and issue your ticket, a binding contract is formed.
3.4. To participate, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be in good physical health.
• Hold a valid, personalized Event ticket.
• Be assigned an official start number.
4. FEES AND PAYMENT
4.1. All prices include VAT.
4.2. A service fee is included in the total cost of the ticket sale.
4.3. All payments must be made via xxxx Payments, which accepts:
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
4.4. Payments must be completed at checkout. If payment fails, your registration will be automatically canceled.
5. EVENT PARTICIPATION
5.1. Participation is at your own risk and requires you to be in good health.
5.2. ATHCO is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues resulting from participation in an Event.
5.3. By registering, you grant ATHCO permission to use your personal information and image for event promotions and marketing, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. POSTPONEMENT/CANCELLATION OF EVENTS
6.1. ATHCO reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change the time/location of an Event due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6.2. If an Event is canceled, you can either rebook for another Event or request a refund (excluding service fees).
7. LIABILITY
7.1. You participate at your own risk.
7.2. ATHCO is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
8.1. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
